Last train to London, just leaving now….

Wednesday was big day. My first day out of Hertfordshire for 3 months and trip into the London office. A big step forward in my recovery.

Big shout out for Judith accompanying me into London and back ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Luckily the office was nice and quiet so good and calm. Good to meet for a coffee with Mel and Adrian beforehand.

Once back home popped in a for a celebratory pint in Molly Malones, served by Abi ❤️😀

A tiring trip but good to get it under the belt. Great that there is a standing desk available in the office. A bit too much sitting but great progress. 😀❤️ 💪

Strange to be back in a suit though!!!! 🤩
