Well done England on winning another test match. Won’t talk football today other than how unlucky can you get with the Garnacho “no goal”. Oh yes, diabolical defending! 😱. Needed a decent doze after that ending!

Otherwise a day of small steps. Had my first walk up the road today – made it up about 100m. Managed to find a slot when the rain had stopped. Judith just about managed to keep up with me 🐌. Will aim to get to the top of the road tomorrow 💪

Lovely to have a quick catch up with Claire and Mike before the United game – highlight of the day! Looking forward to the lemon cake later – think there is a cake theme going now! 🧁 🎂 🍰
