First time standing up since my op when I got dressed this morning. May not sound like much but good progress. 💪😀

So blood pressure getting back to normal. All other indicators going well. Starting to ramp down on the epidural. Need to get on my feet today. Not a bad night sleep haven’t he 2 hourly checks. Starting the day with porridge and an excellent croissant. Plus of course a cup of tea! Let’s see what…

Tomorrow is day 1 of recovery. Under the surgeons knife to cut out my tumour. Nervous yet feeling the love of so many people. Here we go.
