Letter to the editor – Snooker loopy!

I was in Newcastle as a student when Viz became a thing. I haven’t bought a copy for a long time but it always reminds me of Newcastle in the North East. A reminder of my younger days.

The range of the characters – Finbarr Saunders, Buster Gonad, The Fat Slags, Roger Millie and Billy the Fish. An endless list of incredibly silly, often rude and to me mostly funny gags

Then the crap jokes – one liners such as Doctor and Thing jokes. Silly and funny in equal measure

And finally the letter to the editor. A step up from The Times Most entirely pointless. Always raise a smile. Todays from Twitter a prime example. 🤩🤣🤣🤣🤣.
