A slightly lighter topic today. Still one that plays a crucial part in the healing process – maybe underrated?
The good news is that Fitbit tells me that this week I am getting 7-8 hours. Where would be without tech? Still fairly disturbed – each time I need to move from side to side is a fairly slow operation.
Some challenge on the hips taking the strain. Last night I added 2 sleeping bags to the mattress and that helped add some padding. Still hips stiff first thing.
And I am now enjoying a regular post lunch nap to top up the snooze hours.
Be good when I have more than 90 minutes without some waking up. That will come. As ever – patience.
