Day 6 – highs and lows

I guess that’s the truth of recovery from on major surgery. Good moments, bad moments. A cracking nights sleep 😴 then discomfort as they take out the catheter 😜. The ability to stand and wash and brush my teeth at the sink. Then the pain from the wound.

Thank goodness for oral morph. Just heard that will be available at home 😮‍💨

Overall the ups outweigh the downs and progress still good. a cappuccino then off to take on the stairs 😃💪
